Becoming a Simplifile Alliance Partner
Becoming part of the Simplifile eRecording Alliance Partner Program consists of establishing a contractual relationship that enables us to securely and profitably integrate our systems and then cooperatively market those systems to our mutual customers.

Simplifile partners with Land Record Management System (LRMS) vendors serving county recorders and registers of deeds (receivers), and document preparation and closing systems vendors serving title companies, lenders, and attorneys (submitters). Regardless of your business focus—receivers or submitters—by joining the network you realize a number of immediate and long-term benefits, such as . . .

Recurring revenue. You may be eligible to receive a share of the filing or eRecording fees Simplifile collects when Simplifile submitters successfully record documents with your county customers.
eRecording volume. As an LRMS vendor, the success of the eRecording services you offer your county customers will depend in large measure on how quickly and effectively you can convert manual filings for electronic recording.
