With Simplifile, you can begin eRecording today.  You probably already have the hardware and software you need, so follow these steps to begin:

> step 2 Download software from the Simplifile website and configure administrator and user accounts.

> step 3 Provide Simplifile with your document types, stamp layout, fee schedule, rejection reasons, and payment instructions. > step 4 You may elect to integrate Simplifile with your land record management or indexing system. Simplifile will work with your IT representative and land records management system (LRMS) or indexing vendor to establish an eRecording submission interface at no cost to you.
