Paul Clifford, President
As President, Paul frequently presents and participates in eRecording panels at state and national industry trade shows and conferences. Prior to founding Simplifile, Paul served as the Director of Corporate and Strategic Planning for iLumin Corp., where he was responsible for researching, modeling, and creating strategic business plans and projects, including an automated mortgage transaction initiative for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. In addition, Paul has experience as a business strategy consultant and as a Senior Financial Analyst for The Clorox Company. Paul’s academic credentials include a BS degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Roger Wilson, VP Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Roger oversees finance, accounting, HR, and project management functions for Simplifile. Roger joined Simplifile after serving as Integration Director at iLumin Corp., where he led a team responsible for designing and developing custom software applications for corporate and government clients. Prior to iLumin, Roger owned and managed a software consulting firm and served as the Director of Sales Administration for Searle Pharmaceuticals. Roger holds a BA in Communications and an MBA from Brigham Young University, and has completed additional course work at Harvard University.

Dallen Miner, Vice President
As Vice President of People, Dallen incorporates best-in-class work effectiveness, human resource and organizational development practices at Simplifile. In addition, he directs sales and business development efforts for select territories. Prior to joining Simplifile, Dallen consulted with Fortune 50, Executive Leadership, Multi-National, Non-Profit and Small Business organizations including Intel, Royal Dutch Shell, LSI, BP-Amoco and Halliburton in the United States, Europe, Canada and South America. He participates in ongoing research with The Center for Collaborative Organizations and Washington University in St. Louis. Dallen holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelors of Liberal Arts.

Rob Moore, VP Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Rob oversees corporate, product, and field sales marketing at Simplifile. Before joining Simplifile, Rob was the Sr. Director of Business Development for Certiport, Inc., where he directed a team responsible for developing and managing certification programs for clients such as ACT, Inc., Adobe Systems Incorporated, and Microsoft Corporation. Prior to Certiport, Rob served as Director of Business Development and Director of Strategic Marketing for Center7 Inc. and FranklinCovey Co., respectively, and as Sr. Field Sales Marketing Manager for Novell, Inc. Rob holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA from Brigham Young University and has completed coursework at George Mason University.
