This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Simplifile website, including pages that enable you to electronically file and record land record documents. The types of personal information collected at these pages include:

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information you provide about yourself and your place of business when registering to use the Simplifile eRecording service to enable your use of the system, including your ability to send and receive land record documents, to transfer funds electronically, and work with Simplifile Partners. In addition, the information you provide enables Simplifile to notify you regarding system updates and outages, and to provide technical support and training on an ongoing basis.
We use the information you provide about work associates when registering only to enable authorized work associates to log on to and operate the Simplifile eRecording system. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the transfer of land record documents and related recording fees.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and to communicate with Simplifile customers, providing customers with system alerts and notifications. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

You can access all the personally identifiable information that we collect, as well as information pertaining to your place of business, by logging onto the Simplifile eRecording system.
You can correct errors in your personally identifiable and business information by contacting Simplifile and providing the corrected information. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
