Download software from the Simplifile website and configure administrator and user accounts.

You are now ready to submit. Simply scan your first document, review the document image, and send it to the county. The county will receive, review, reject or accept (and stamp), return, and record your document within a matter of minutes.
It’s that simple! You can administer Simplifile preferences and monitor the recording process using Simplifile administration tools.
