You can now opt out of final submission message.
After confirming that you want to submit a package, there’s a final pop up informing you the submission was successful. Some users found this unnecessary, so we’ve added a check box on that dialog so you can opt to no longer see it when a submission is successful.
New E-recording Receiver Features
Counties can now easily see today’s completed documents.
Under Workflow, then Completed you’ll now find a list of documents completed today. You can view by documents or packages as well as filter to better find what you’re looking for.

While reviewing a package, counties now have the ability to see a tool tip that lists all the documents in the package.
New Collaboration and Post Closing Features
New dashboard gives bird’s eye view of loan progress.
You’ll find a new Dashboard within Simplifile Collaboration that offers charts and graphs to indicate how much work is left on loans and by whom. Within the dashboard, you can view data for specific organizations, specific users within your organization, all users, or just yourself.
Pre-Close Open Issues shows how many loans in pre-close need review or are in pending status for the selected users. Clicking on the orange or blue bar will take you to the loan to see more details.
Loan Status Summary gives an overview of the statuses of active loans assigned to the selected users.
Created Unassigned shows loans that have been created but are pending lender or settlement agent assignment, depending on which party is viewing the data.
We now support both the alternate and model refinance forms.
When creating a loan, you can now choose from the following: Purchase, Refinance – model form, or Refinance – alternate form.
If you select the model form, the Disclosures page shows Summaries of Transaction: Section K. Due from Borrower at Closing; Section L. Paid Already by or on Behalf of Borrower at Closing.
Alternatively, selecting the alternate form shows Closing Cost Details: Section K. Payoffs and Payments.
You can print the alternate form but not yet the model form.
Settlement agents can now see all loans within their organization.
In the past, only administrators of settlement agent organization accounts had access to all loans. Regular accounts could only see the specific loans they were assigned. With this update, all settlement agents are able to see all loans across their organization. Agents can assign themselves or others to loans as well as add and remove additional assignees on loans.
If a settlement agent would like to only see the loans assigned to them or a specific user, they can do so using filters.
Settlement agents who work on a loan are now auto-assigned.
Now, when a settlement agent works on a loan (such as adding, editing, or deleting a fee or loan data, messaging, downloading, or applying a template), they’ll automatically be assigned to that loan. If they are the first settlement agent to collaborate, they’ll become the primary assigned agent. Otherwise, they will be an additional assignee to the loan. This means administrators no longer need to be involved for a loan to move from created to pre-close.
Settlement agents are no longer locked out if file number or agent assignment is not complete.
Now that settlement agents have full access to loans, they can see loans which have not yet been assigned or had the file number filled in. They can work on these loans to move them forward into pre-close before this information is complete. An orange ticker will indicate if a file number is needed for future completion.
