We’ve added a “Send Feedback” button to the lower left-hand side of Simplifile. If you’re logged in and think of a feature suggestion or have an idea for improvements we can make, simply click the button to email us immediately. New E-recording FeaturesWe improved administrator user settings for submitters.
Managing account settings is now simpler and more intuitive. We’ve removed the “Accounts” option from the menu. Administrators will now access their account settings by clicking on their name in the bottom left, then “Settings,” “Organizations,” and selecting the organization account they wish to make changes to.
Selecting the organization name allows you to change that account’s information as well as adjust settings for assignments, reports, security, payments, and more in a much more intuitive and organized way.
New Collaboration and Post ClosingCompany is now an option within borrower information.
We’ve added a “Borrower Type” section when creating loans so you can indicate if the borrower is an individual or a company. This will change if you need to enter a company name or first and last name.
“Invoice” has been added to document types.
In order to upload supporting documents for fees, we’ve added the “Invoice” option for labeling your document’s type when uploading.
Quickly see why a loan was archived.
So that you can easily see why a loan was archived, the reason has been added next to the loan name on the card view.
