Simply drag one or more files into the Documents page to upload.
Download multiple files at once.
Use the check boxes on the top left of each file on the Documents page to select all files you wish to download, then click Download on the upper right to download them all at once into a zip file. This makes it easy to get documents into your system of record.
New filters help with document management.
You now have the option to see just the placeholders that need to be fulfilled by the lender or the settlement agent or just those placeholders and uploaded files related to title request or delivery. Simply select the type of files you’d like to see from the new dropdown.
Use recent suggestions to save time selecting title companies.
To reduce data entry and save you time when assigning a loan to a settlement company, you’re now presented with the four most recent title companies you used.
Prevent overriding data when applying templates.
To prevent you from accidentally overriding critical information when you apply a template, you’ll now be prompted on which items will be altered, giving you a chance to continue or cancel.
Loan counts now reflect your filters.
The number of loans shown in the left menu is now affected by your filter. For example, if you’ve selected to just see the loans you’re working on, the numbers will reflect that instead of showing the total number of loans.

Loans are now only archived from within the Loan Info page.
To reduce the chance to accidentally archiving loans from the card view, you can now only archive a loan from within the Loan Info page.
Create placeholder docs on the fly while working in the loan.
You no longer need to build specific templates every time you want to create a placeholder document. Simply add a placeholder while in the loan as a quick reminder of work needing to be done. Lender users can create placeholders for themselves or the settlement agent.
