Our customers love us.

eRecording allows our local and national customers to electronically transmit documents, which have been signed, notarized, and imaged, saving time and money. We will no longer spend time and money mailing back the documents, which results in a significantly reduced turnaround time.

Simplifile has been a great tool for our office, and for our whole company. We definitely save time, but also fuel expense. One of our local offices is more than 45 minutes to the nearest courthouse, so recording there has always been a hassle. I think that it has also made it much better for buyers and sellers. When we are ready to record, we can record immediately, rather than in a batch at the end of the day. That means that people can start moving in/out of their homes as soon as the transaction closes. There are far fewer, ‘did it close yet,’ calls to our office now! We love Simplifile. It has really made a world of difference.

I think your product is amazing! I use it daily to record our mortgages with the various counties. We no longer have to issue checks and mail out docs and hope we get them back, or if there is a problem we had to wait for them to come back – too much time wasted on such an important step in our process.
